Stephen Willis, the President of AIB, has consulted to businesses in a wide cross section of industries. Stephen functions as a consultant, executive coach, and facilitator to presidents and management of Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and non profits. His work with nonprofits has been funded by foundations such as Packard, Marin Community Foundation, San Francisco Foundation, and Pante Rhea. Stephen was an instructor for Harvard University for ten years and is also a psychologist.

Maria Martinez has excelled in a variety of management and leadership roles in the for profit and nonprofit sectors. Her career includes: Human Resources management at several Fortune 100 companies; Director of STAR, a national race relations project; Coordinator for the San Francisco Peer Resources Program; helping develop the Americorps VISTA project for the East Bay Conservation Corps; mediator for the Community Board Program of San Francisco; business development coach for entrepreneurs; and providing training in facilitation and conflict mediation.

Sharon Mulgrew, M.P.H., Senior Consultant, has twenty five years experience in various industries developing innovative programs such as Internal Service Agreements that increase system-wide collaboration and effectiveness. She has designed and implemented strategic training programs for Fortune 500 companies, including Genentech, Kaiser, T-Mobile, Bayer, Frito Lay, McKesson, Sun Microsystems, Jones Lang LaSalle, UCSF, US Forest Service, and Yale University. She created over 20 detailed training workbooks (with trainer and leader guides) as well as self-directed workbooks, e.g., Managing Change During Transitions, Business Strategies for Managers, and Work Group Development.. Sharon recently published a book about her pioneering work on Internal Service Agreements.

She is on the Organization Psychology faculty at JFK University, and has been on the faculties of the University Of California San Francisco and the University of San Francisco. At USF she earned the Teacher of the Year Award. She served on the Bay Area Organization Development Network's Steering Committee.

Leslie Watson has fifteen years of hands-on leadership in training, organizational development, and change management consulting and implementation for private industry, non-profits, government, and higher education. Leslie’s leadership experience also includes positions as VP of Training and Organizational Development, VP of Financial Performance Improvement, and Administrative Head of Program Management and Design. She has led and facilitated large scale training and change management initiatives around systems implementation and organizational restructuring in the financial units of Levi Strauss, Bank of America, First Union National Bank, UC Berkeley, The Community Action Partnership of Kern, and Kaiser Permanente. Leslie is a member of The Bay Area Organizational Development Network, Founder of The Carolina OD Network, and past Board member of The League of Women Voters in Kern County. She has also been a lecturer for California State University Bakersfield.
Valerie Davis-Rucker has over ten years experience in marketing, training, and sales in the pharmaceutical industry. She has experience with for profit and non-profit organizations, including working with cross-cultural business development and group facilitation. She earned an MBA from Wharton Business School in Healthcare Management and Marketing, and a BS from American University in finance and business.
Irene Eraklidis has 20 years experience at a Fortune 500 company, including working in a leadership role in over 25 countries during an aggressive growth period producing a 10-fold revenue increase. She collaborated on the development and execution of the company’s international acquisition strategy, lead cross-functional teams, was a highly successful project manager. and managed business projects up to $8 million. Irene has extensive experience designing and implementing training strategies, including planning the deployment of a systems rollout spanning 16 locations and 2000 person-courses. Irene is also an experienced entrepreneur having successfully launched a company providing business analysis and strategy, project planning and risk management, and training and problem solving services to over 700 clients. Irene earned her M.S. and B.S. from Georgetown University.
