Stephen Willis, the President of AIB, has
consulted to businesses in a wide cross section of industries. Stephen
functions as a consultant, executive coach, and facilitator to presidents
and management of Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, and non profits.
Stephen was an instructor for Harvard University for ten years and is also
a psychologist. Stephen earned a Ph.D. in Psychology from Purdue University, a B.S. in Mathematics from Manhattan College, and trained in Facilitation at the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. He is a member of: Society of Consulting Psychology, American Society for Training & Development, American Psychological Association, and Bay Area Organizational Development Network. |

Maria Martinez has excelled
in a variety of management and leadership roles in the for profit and
nonprofit sectors. Her career includes: Human Resources management at
several Fortune 100 companies; Director of STAR, a national race relations
project; Coordinator for the San Francisco Peer Resources Program; helping
develop the Americorps VISTA project for the East Bay Conservation Corps;
mediator for the Community Board Program of San Francisco; business
development coach for entrepreneurs; and providing training in
facilitation and conflict mediation. Maria earned a M.A. in Organizational Development & Human Resources from the University of San Francisco, is Certified in Training and Development, and has a M.A. in Integral Counseling Psychology. |
